The United States is currently experiencing an incredible boom in its Oil & Gas Industry, the likes of which haven’t been seen since the gold-rush days in California. The US is producing oil at its highest level in 20 years. According to the International Energy Agency, America is set become Oil & Gas Self sufficient by 2020 and oil production and will surpass that of Saudi Arabia in the next 10 years.
As of right now just North Dakota alone needs over 18000 new entry-level workers and will require over 41000 new people in the next 2 years while the rest of America will require between 115,000 – 175,000 new workers just in the next 5 years.
